The Blixi platform (the “Platform”) is managed by the Blixi team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using the Platform, holding blixi tokens, or engaging with any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not allowed to use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including those who hold blixi tokens and those interacting with Blixi Agent on the Platform or external platforms like Twitter (X).

We expect users to treat Blixi Agent, other users, and our team with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated.

3.2 PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You agree not to use the Platform or Blixi Agent to:

- Violate laws, regulations, or rights of others.

- Spread malware or any harmful data.

- Disseminate misleading or false information.

- Request personal or sensitive details from others.

- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Blixi's developed technologies are legally protected. Any attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit our proprietary systems will face legal repercussions.

4.3 YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

By providing feedback or suggestions, you grant Blixi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to utilize this content to enhance the Platform.

Report any misuse or technical issues via our Telegram group (@Blixio). We'll address reported issues at our discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blixi, including its officers, employees, and affiliates, from claims or costs due to your breach of these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Blixi can modify these Terms anytime. Using the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the law of where Blixi is based. You agree to the jurisdiction of those courts for any disputes.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

12. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between you and Blixi, overriding any previous agreements.
